Sigrist TurBiGuard AD 40

In-line Measuring device for medium to high turbidity

Enables real-time monitoring of turbidity in a wide range of processes. Measures turbidity and detects any deviations early, helping to avoid off-spec batches. The TurbiGuard AD 40 helps to ensure the quality of the end product.

The TurbiGuard AD 40 is factory-fitted with a real, linearised calibration with formazine. The use of proven optical components guarantees quality and reduces maintenance costs.
The LED-based measuring system of the TurbiGuard AD 40 has proven itself over many years and has been further optimized in the new generation for durability and low-maintenance operation.

Sigrist ColorPlus 2 In-line

Absorption Measuring Instrument in-line

The ColorPlus measures the color/absorbance online at up to three different wavelengths in the UV and visible range, also combined. Turbidity can be compensated at the same time by selecting an appropriate wavelength. The modular design of the instrument enables to cover various applications by selecting the most suitable measuring cell. In many cases, a standard housing like e.g. Varivent® is used. Alternatively, custom-specific flow cells in different materials and designs are available. For inspecting the instrument, checking units on the basis of reference filters can easily be inserted. Operation is done intuitive using the intelligent control system SICON via touch screen technology and color display. Values, graphs, alarm and status messages can be presented. An internal data logger allows recalling and displaying measured data from the last 32 days. A variety of analogue and digital interfaces allows smooth system integration and control.

LabScat 2

Dual-Angle Lab Turbidimeter

The LabScat monitors turbidity in liquids, using a single light source to detect transmitted light and scattered light at 90° and 25°. This allows color-compensated dual-angle measurement according to MEBAK and EBC standard, in bottles and glass cuvettes. Bottle rotation and water-bath minimize disturbing influences, the quality of the water bath is monitored. Operation is done via a color touchscreen. No tools are required for routine maintenance. Calibration check is simply performed with a calibration unit with a glass reference, which is part of the scope of supply. Sample ID and handling measuring data are performed using digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet with web browser).

Sigrist TurBiScat 2 Ex

In-Line Turbidimeter for hazardous areas

The TurBiScat 2 Ex measures turbidity in liquids. The transmitted light and the scattered light are measured at 90° and 25°. In this way, the proportions of smaller or larger particles become visible and color and window contamination are compensated for. Optionally, there is the possibility of an additional color measurement at 430 nm. The calibration is checked with a solid reference. The TurBiScat 2 Ex is conceived and designed for applications in explosion-protected areas.

CDR BeerLab

CDR Beerlab for Gusmer Enterprises brewery lab equipment for Beer production

CDR BEERLAB

The BeerLab is a robust, maintenance free LED photometer that can provide key analytical lab data in minutes.  Reagents and cuvettes are bundled together in validated test kits, which steamlines the chemistry – you only need to use a pipette!  Step by step instructions and results are shown on the screen, eliminating the need for conversions and calculations.  Data can be exported to USB in XML format for integration into most databases.

Also available is the BeerLab Junior, a condensed alternative to the BeerLab that can be customized with three parameters.
