The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintenance of plant facilities and process equipment.  This position includes supervision of the plant maintenance staff, coordination of outside maintenance contractors and procurement of supplies and materials required for maintenance activities.  A basic knowledge of Gusmer's production equipment as well as an understanding of the maintenance personnel's skill levels are required for success in this position.

Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Lead is responsible for accurately testing and approving incoming raw materials and manufactured products according to standard procedures and specifications.  Ensures quality through testing and inspection at various stages of the production process; compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality.
