Directly responsible for line production at Gusmer Enterprises. This responsibility includes monitoring output, quality and performance, providing feedback to supervisor and reports, motivating employees, and recognizing positive contributions. General knowledge of all production equipment is necessary.
Supervises daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production, timely delivery, and accurate recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company policies. Mentor staff and facilitate problem solving.
Under the supervision of the Corporate Safety & Regulatory Manager the Safety Manager is responsible for the strategic management of Gusmer’s employee safety program and ensuring a culture of safety and compliance at all California locations.
Gusmer Enterprises is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to fill our paid Engineering Co- Op/Internship positions at our Waupaca, WI location. Both openings can begin in May/June of 2022. These positions will be primarily M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM and relocation assistance is available.
Responsible for repairs and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
