The Gusmer Fermentation Center is equipped with sophisticated analytical capabilities to support fermentation development by providing detailed analytical data and support.
The center will be an innovation ecosystem for strategic partners to collaborate and codevelop new opportunities in process monitoring and new fermented product development. The center will also focus on becoming an active member of biotech innovation in the Bay Area, and we look forward to inviting the startup communities and academia to be a part of our journey.
