Monitoring dissolved oxygen is critical throughout the brewery. Wort aeration measurements provide better process control and batch consistency. Downstream processes must introduce as little DO as possible. Dissolved oxygen sensors can be used to monitor lines, equipment and the sparging of tanks for any problem areas or to improve techniques.
