In this position you will be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and control of production processes in
a multi-shift environment; ensuring products are produced efficiently and within quality standards in a highly
regulated ISO / GMP manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:
• Manage supervisory and production staff across multiple shifts to achieve high quality production
results through a motivated workforce.
• Ensure departmental compliance to all safety procedures and policies.
• Ensure departmental compliance to GMP and ISO Quality Management System’s procedures and
• Plan, monitor and control operating budgets to achieve financial performance objectives.
• Monitor, maintain and exceed production standards for quality, material waste and efficiency.
• Execute production schedules ensuring sufficient staffing to achieve on-time delivery.
• Review worker performance and identify training needs to develop additional expertise.
• Communicate progress towards organizational Critical Success Factors (production efficiencies,
machine up-time, etc.) in a timely manner.

Other Duties
• Participate in project management activities including drawings, planning, permitting and
implementation of strategic Capital Expense building and equipment projects.
• Work with other departments and managers to achieve company initiatives and goals.
• Actively participate and lead lean, continuous improvement, and cost reduction projects.
Experience and Education Requirements
• BA/BS degree in business, food or industrial manufacturing related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production management

• Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Acute hearing is necessary for phone and in-person communication with customers and fellow employees, and visual acuity sufficient to read a computer screen and paper documents.

Working Conditions
This position typically functions in a combination of an office and plant environment; there will be exposure to moderate
noise levels, fumes, dust, chemicals, heat/cold and allergens especially in plant/warehouse environment.
